Cheese Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs, well-beaten
2 c. flour, sifted
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix cheese, shortening and eggs.
Add the remaining ingredients; blending well.
Place on greased cookie sheets in drops about the size of small walnut.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
