Corn Casserole(Yields 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. cornbread mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 small can green chili peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Set aside a little cheese to sprinkle over the casserole. Melt margarine in a casserole dish to coat it.
    Pour remaining butter in the above mixture.
    Then pour mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle cheese over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
