Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
3 c. apples, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine salad oil, sugar and eggs until well creamed.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon together.
Add these dry ingredients together with apples and nuts.
Pour batter into pan and then spread butterscotch chips over batter.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
