Carrots Oregano - cooking recipe

1 lb. carrots
salt
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Place quartered carrots in shallow 1-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, butter, water and oregano.
Cover.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
