Mrs. Nolte'S Chilli Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up fryer, seasoned and floured
    2 or 3 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Fry over slow heat until chicken is light brown.
    Drain well. Cover
    (almost)
    in water.\tAdd chili powder and simmer until tender and liquid is thickened.
