No Fat Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. cornmeal (regular)
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. creamed corn
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in milk, corn and egg and mix well.
    Pour into a 8 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
