Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole English muffins, split, buttered
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked, crumbly
8 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
4 c. colby jack cheese
2 cans green chilies, chopped
Preparation

Place English muffins butter side down in a 9 X 13 baking dish.
Spread sausage over muffins.
Whip together eggs and sour cream.
Pour mixture over sausage.
Sprinkle cheese over egg mixture.
Sprinkle chilies over cheese.
Cover with foil. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
