Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 slices sandwich bread or 12 regular
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 lb. margarine
    4 c. milk
    8 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    sliced mushrooms, diced bacon, ham or sausage may be added
Preparation
    Cube bread and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with mushrooms and/or meats.
    Melt cheese and margarine in saucepan and pour over bread.
    Beat milk, eggs, salt and dry mustard together. Pour over bread in pan.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, uncovered, sitting in a cookie sheet filled with water.
    Serves 12 to 15.
