Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 sleeves Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Boil chicken 20 minutes.
    Remove skin and bone.
    Shred to small pieces by hand or in food processor.
    Mix with soup and sour cream.
    Crush crackers and mix with melted butter and poppy seed. Spread 1/2 of cracker mixture into oblong pan.
    Add all of chicken mixture; top off with remaining cracker mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
