Grandma Dyke'S Graham Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mixed graham flour and cracked wheat (about 1/2 and 1/2)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 c. cold coffee, made from hot coffee with 4 to 6 Tbsp. instant coffee and 1/4 to 1/2 c. molasses
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix together
    the
    flour
    and
    cracked\twheat, soda and salt. Add raisins to coffee mixture; let cool.
    Add liquid to dry ingredients.
    May
    have to set 15 to 30 minutes if appears to be runny.
    Place
    in
    2
    (9 x 5 x 2 1/2-inch) greased pans. Line with brown
    paper;
    grease again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Test
    for
    doneness with toothpick.
    Don't let it get too dry.
