Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    1/2 head cauliflower
    5 medium carrots
    2 onions
    9 or 10 bouillon cubes (chicken)
    2/3 c. milk
    2 or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Chop first 4 ingredients in bite-size pieces, place in pan and cover with water.
    Add 9 or 10 chicken boullion cubes and cook until tender.
    Mix milk and 2 to 3 heaping tablespoonfuls cornstarch together, then add to vegetables and let thicken.
    Then add Velveeta cheese grated.
    When cheese is melted, it's ready to serve.
