Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add nuts.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry mixture. Stir until moistened.
Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
(Mix pineapple with bananas immediately to keep them from getting dark.)
