Oven-Blasted Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli
    1/3 c. garlic flavored olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Cut florets from broccoli. Peel stalks and cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces. Toss with oil. Place a jellyroll pan in a 500\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes. Add broccoli in a single layer. Bake at 500\u00b0, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Just before serving, drizzle with vinegar.
