Microwave Zucchini Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium zucchini, sliced (6 c.)
3/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream

Preparation

Cook zucchini in microwave for 8 minutes.
Add carrots and onion.
Cook for 4 more minutes.
Stir in stuffing, saving some to sprinkle on top.
Also, stir in the sour cream.
Cook 4 more minutes or until hot.
