Spaghetti-Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti
    1 onion, cut fine
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of red pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 c. mushrooms
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti, drain and put in casserole dish.
    Saute onion in oil until tender, but not brown.
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and red pepper and heat to boiling.
    Add chicken and mushrooms, then pour over spaghetti.
    Toss with a fork.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until mixture is heated through and cheese is melted.
    Serves 6 to 8.
