Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. jar peanut butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 c. nuts, chopped
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. Karo
    1/2 c. sugar, browned in iron skillet
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, vanilla, oleo and nuts. Mix sugar, milk and Karo in saucepan; bring
    to a boil.
    Pour in browned sugar, stirring until dissolved.
    Cook until soft ball stage.
    Pour into peanut butter mixture and beat until it holds shape.
    Spread into buttered dish.
