Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground peanuts (use food processor)
    1 medium onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 medium potatoes, cooked and chopped
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. light cream or milk
    salt
    pepper
    chives
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Process onion, ground peanuts and potatoes in processor.
    Add broth gradually.
    Heat to serve, adding cream or milk.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish with chives.
