Bagels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    6 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 tsp. salt
    6 qt. boiling water, lightly salted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients and let rise until double in size.
    Punch down and form rings.
    Let rise until double.
    Drop in 6 quarts boiling water.
    Boil for 3 minutes. Place on baking sheet; bake for 25 minutes.
