Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 tbsp. Flour
    1 c. Milk
    1 c. Butter
    1 c. Confectioners Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Preparation
    Mix flour and milk.
    Cook on low heat until its thick and smooth.
    Set aside and let cool.
    Then mix remaining ingredients until smooth, about 15 minutes.
    Add milk slowly and mix together until fluffy like cream.
