Mushrooms With Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 onion
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. red paprika pepper
    1/2 c. yogurt or cream
    salt
Preparation
    Brown the finely chopped onion in the fat.
    Then add the parsley and the cleaned, washed and chopped mushrooms.
    Cook until moisture evaporates.
    Add salt and paprika.
    Stir for a moment and pour in the cream and boil once.
    Remove from heat and serve.
