Ingredients
    6 oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. cold water
    3 drops maple extract
    a pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water until smooth.
    In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch liquid, remaining water and juice concentrate.
    Cook over medium heat until the syrup thickens. Stir constantly.
    When thickened, add maple extract and nutmeg. Serve warm.
