Dill Casserole Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. dill seed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Warm cottage cheese; add remaining ingredients, mix and cover.
    Let stand until double in size (50 to 60 minutes).
    Punch down.
    Place in well greased 1 1/2-quart round casserole or 2 small loaf pans.
    Let rise until light.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden, about 40 to 50 minutes.
