Popcorn Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. unsalted popped corn
    1 1/3 c. pecan halves
    2/3 c. sliced almonds
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix popcorn and nuts in a large bowl.
    Set aside. Combine sugar, margarine and corn syrup.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook to 300\u00b0 using a candy thermometer. Add vanilla and very quickly pour over popcorn mixture.
    Stir to coat well and spread on a greased cookie sheet to harden.
    Makes 1 pound.
