Oven Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed, cooked chicken (skinless breasts)
    4 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 c. mayonnaise
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 c. chopped or slivered almonds
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. toasted croutons
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips.
    Mix.
    (May make ahead and refrigerate at this point, but leave out croutons and mix in just before baking.)
    Spread into casserole, then add cheese and chips.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until bubbly. Increase baking time if refrigerated.
    Serves 12.
