Pork Chops And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    3 or 4 apples (peeled or unpeeled), cored and sliced
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Brown chops on all sides in hot fat. Place apple slices in greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter.
    Top with chops.
    Cover with foil; bake for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 6 servings.
