Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    crushed saltines
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
    Drain.
    Add mushroom soup, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise and onions.
    Mix well. Season to taste.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes, then top with crushed saltines.
    Bake 15 minutes longer or until saltines are browned.
