Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs, separated
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    4 c. milk
    salt
Preparation
    Mix egg yolks, sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Add 2 cups of cooked pumpkin.
    Add 4 cups milk and a little salt.
    Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
    Pour into prepared pie crusts. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake until crust is firm.
