Lightning Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour

Preparation

Mix the sugar, shortening, butter and flour well.
Set aside 1 cup of crumbs. Add the eggs, milk, baking powder and flour.
Beat well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and top with crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0
until toothpick comes out clean.
