Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, diced
1 c. celery
3 boiled eggs
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. rice, uncooked
2 Tbsp. onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Cook rice in 1 cup water.
Mix all ingredients in baking dish and put 1/2 cup crushed potato chips on top.
Bake approximately 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
