Chocolate Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. nuts, chopped fine
1/4 c. 10x sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. (heaping) cocoa
4 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. 10x sugar, sifted
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix and pat 1 1/2 cups flour, nuts,
sugar
and 3/4 cup butter into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 20
minutes
at
350\u00b0.
Set aside to cool.
