English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans English peas, drained
1 small onion, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Add onion, celery and pickle relish. Mix well. Fold in English peas. Chill before serving.
