Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peaches
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    5 slices white bread
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter or oleo
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice enough peaches to cover a buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Cut crust from bread and cut each slice into 5 fingers.
    Place bread over fruit.
    In mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter.
    Pour over fruit.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
