Ultimate Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 eggs
2/3 c. canned pumpkin

Preparation

Mix ingredients in a medium bowl.
Pour mixture into a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. (When sides of cake pull away from pan, cake is done.)
Cool cake in the cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 tablespoons 10x sugar on one side.
Flip cake over onto a sheet of waxed paper or towel.
Sprinkle other side of cake with 1 1/2 tablespoons 10x sugar.
Roll cake with the waxed paper into a jelly roll form. Cool completely while preparing cream cheese filling.
