5 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head lettuce (coarsely chopped)
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 bag frozen vegetables, run tap water over them to get frost off and drain well
    1/2 lb. chicken strips (cooked)
    1 c. mayonnaise (fat-free, no cholesterol)
Preparation
    In a large bowl or deep dish, place by layer, each of the following ingredients:
    lettuce, frozen peas, frozen vegetables, sliced chicken strips and mayonnaise.
    Cover, chill for 2 to 3 hours, then ready to serve.
    Serves 4 to 6.
