Corn Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender except half of the corn. Cover and blend until smooth.
    Put the remainder of the corn in the bottom of a greased baking dish (9 x 12-inch or similar). Pour your mixture over the top of the corn and place this pan into another pan filled with hot water.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until knife comes out clean.
    (Careful, it burns easy!)
