Egg Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed French bread
    3 c. ham (1 1/2 lb.), cubed
    3 c. cubed cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Butter a large casserole and make three layers each as follows:
    1 cup bread crumbs, 1 cup cubed ham and 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon butter and repeat.
    Blend eggs, milk, mustard and pepper.
    Pour over casserole mixture of bread, ham and cheese.
    Chill 4 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Serve with tossed green salad, roll and dessert.
