Spinach Madaline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. liquid from spinach
    1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    red pepper to taste
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions.
    Drain spinach and save liquid.
    Melt butter in pan and add flour, stirring until completely blended but not browned.
    Add onion and cook.
    Add milk and liquid from spinach slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
    Cook until smooth and thick.
    Add cheese and rest of seasonings.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Combine with cooked spinach.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake until warm.
    Freezes well.
