Ingredients

1 c. small curd cottage cheese, creamed well
6 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put all ingredients in blender at high speed for 1 minute, stopping to stir down once.
Bake on greased griddle, using 1/4 cup for each pancake.
