Apple Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil (Wesson)
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped tart apples
    1 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts)
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and eggs.
    Then add rest of dry ingredients. Stir in apples and nuts.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
