Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 pkg. little Cheddarwurst or Smokies (or can use cubed ham or Canadian bacon)
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (or Colby-Monterey Jack shredded cheese)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Pour hash browns in a glass 9 x 13-inch pan. Place meat on top of potatoes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt; beat well.
    Pour over top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
    Serves 8 to 10.
    Can do ahead and let sit overnight.
