Skillet Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    pinch of salt
    pinch of basil
    garlic to taste
    1 container nonfat cottage cheese
    6 lasagna noodles
    14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook ground turkey, onion, garlic, salt and basil in skillet. Spread cottage cheese over meat mixture.
    Lay 6 lasagna noodles (not cooked) over cottage cheese.
    Add the tomatoes.
    Cover and cook 35 minutes over low heat.
