Pasta With Carbonara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. cream
    1 lb. fettucini
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, cut into strips
    1 c. Parmesan
    1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Eggs, margarine and cream must be room temperature. Beat together eggs and cream until blended. Cook pasta; drain well. Turn into a preheated (250\u00b0) ovenproof dish. Toss in margarine and pepperoni; mix well. Pour egg mixture over; toss well. Add cheese and parsley. Toss again. Mixture will continue to cook in hot dish. Do not bake.
