Seafood Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 c. flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. beer
    1/2 c. hot water - 105 degrees
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water.
    Combine egg, flour and salt.
    Add beer to mixture.
    Drop fish or seafood into batter and drop in hot oil.
