Buttercream Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 box Triplex sugar
 
1/2 c. margarine
3 oz. cream cheese
maraschino cherries
coconut
candied fruit
8 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 stick paraffin
Preparation
- 
                            New England housewives slice ripe Pumpkins, dice them and fill a pot to 2 or 3 gallons and stew gently a whole day.
 
Stewed enough they look like bak'd Apples; this they Dish, add Butter, Vinegar and Spices, and serve to be eaten with Fish or Flesh.
It provokes (sic) and is very windy.
