Chicken Dumpling Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    3 chicken breasts with bone on and skin
    2 cans College Inn chicken broth
    3 stalks celery (leaves and all), chopped
    1/2 yellow onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. celery flakes
    2 carrots, peeled and chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Take chicken out of broth; shred meat (discarding skin and bones) and place meat back in broth.
