Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
3 ripe, mashed bananas
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cream butter until light and fluffy; add sugar and cream again until fluffy.
Add eggs, well beaten.
Add mashed bananas and vanilla.
Sift soda with flour, then add flour and milk alternately to creamed mixture.
Add nuts.
Bake in Bundt pan or angel food cake pan, greased and floured, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
