Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 or 3 slices loaf bread, soaked in 1 c. tomato sauce
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs
    2 garlic cloves, grated
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and shape into round balls.
    Handle meat with wet hands.
    Place in
    greased\tpan and brown in oven first one side and then the
    other.
    Cover
    pan and bake until meat is cooked through.
