Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    3 lb. stew beef
    2 cans onion soup
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. tapioca
    1 bay leaf
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 pkg. carrots
Preparation
    Cut
    potatoes\tand
    carrots
    in
    chunks.
    Combine
    all ingredients together in roasting pan with tightly covered lid. Bake in a 250\u00b0 oven for 8 hours.
