St. Blanc Barbecue Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. headless shrimp, cleaned (in shell)
    1 stick melted butter
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3/4 tsp. chopped garlic
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. powdered Chinese pepper
    1 fifth cheap red wine
Preparation
    Put all of the ingredients into a large black pot with cover. Bring to a boil over a hot heat.
    Cover and turn off heat.
    Test the shrimp every five minutes to see if they are cooked.
    Serve in bowl with lots of French bread to sop up liquid.
    Serves 6.
