Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. eggplant, cooked in salted water, drained and mashed
1 onion, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 stick margarine
salt and pepper
Preparation
