Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. eggplant, cooked in salted water, drained and mashed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 stick margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
